Full automatic blood pressure measurement from the upper arm is quick and easy thanks to the easyLock closure. The cuff can simply be pulled over the arm with one action, positioned on the upper arm, and tightened. Measurement can then begin. This innovative mechanism ensures a perfect fit, extremely convenient measurement, and a secure hold during blood pressure monitoring – without the need for adhesive or Velcro fasteners. The innovative device with an integrated universal cuff can be used anytime, anywhere and is compatible with upper arm circumferences of 24-40 cm. The BM 81 easyLock features a cuff positioning function. This function automatically checks during measurement that the cuff is properly secured on the upper arm and indicates this with an OK symbol on the display. The filling technique ensures a particularly convenient measurement, as it generates slight pressure during the filling phase. With the help of the coloured LED scale, the integrated risk indicator makes interpreting results easier. The BM 81 easyLock calculates the average of all stored measurements, as well as the average of morning and evening blood pressure readings over the last seven days. It also detects irregular heartbeats, alerting users to any heart rhythm issues. Each user memory has space for 120 measurements. All results are clearly displayed on a large black XL screen. When Bluetooth® is activated, data is automatically transferred to the "beurer HealthManager" app or the new "beurer HealthManager Pro" app after measurement – ideal for long-term monitoring or sharing with a doctor.
