It is recommended to use Beurer bright light devices daily during the darkest season between 6 AM and 8 PM. The earlier in the morning that bright light therapy is started, the more effective it is. This is why it is commonly initiated soon after waking up, typically between 6 AM and 10 AM. However, bright light therapy can also be beneficial at other times of the day due to variations in circadian rhythms. You can use the device as often as you like, but for optimal results, it is best to use it daily for a minimum of two hours.
