Remote Diagnostics, smart support.
It can be stressful when an appliance doesn't operate as it should. Remote diagnostics come to the rescue here. You only need to call the Home Connect Hotline and schedule an appointment for remote diagnosis of your wired appliance. With your consent, Bosch customer service can investigate the appliance remotely, possibly locating the issue and providing you with accurate instructions on how to proceed. If the issue cannot be resolved this way, a Bosch technician can prepare for the fault in advance and visit with the necessary spare parts. Smart, isn’t it?

Extractor Hood Control from the Hob
Control your extractor hood functions from your hob. When both your hob and the installed extractor hood are equipped with a Wi-Fi module, they can interact with each other. As soon as you start the hob, the extractor hood also starts working to remove smoke and steam as soon as they are generated. When cooking on the hob finishes, the extractor hood turns off shortly after, ensuring that all unpleasant odours are eliminated. If you prefer to control the extractor hood manually, you can easily switch to the manual operation by pressing the control on the hob. Additionally, you can control the lighting of the extractor hood. All functions of the hob and hood are individually managed with controls.

QuickStart, start faster.
The QuickStart function detects which cooking zone you’ve placed a pot on and automatically activates that cooking zone's control panel. You can begin heating by selecting your desired power level, without delay.

ReStart, retain your settings.
When you turn off the hob, the last selections are stored temporarily. When you restart the hob shortly after*, the device remembers your settings, allowing you to continue from where you left off. (*memory duration can be defined in the device's additional options)

Induction Technology, safe and fast
Induction hobs heat only the area where heat is required – that is, the bottom of the pot. What does this mean? Safety and a more comfortable user experience. The lower temperature prevents you or your children from burning fingers. Furthermore, induction boils two litres of water twice as fast as a traditional ceramic hob. This saves you time and energy.
