It is baked at over 850°C and slowly polymerised at a scientifically determined speed to ensure consistent depth and strength. Ever Clean enamel provides a flawless coating both inside the oven and on the sheets, making maintenance incredibly easy over time by reducing grease adhesion during cooking.

Fan-assisted: Powerful and even traditional cooking, suitable for complex recipes. The fan is active, and heat comes simultaneously from both the top and bottom. The ventilated cooking ensures a faster and more even result, allowing food aromas to develop while retaining moisture inside. Ideal for baking pasta, cookies, roasts, and fruit tarts.
