Standard machines are about 60 cm deep, but it is also important to account for the space left behind for water connections (approx. 5-10 cm) as well as the space needed in front to open the door. For small spaces, there are also so-called slim models available, with a depth of only 40–50 cm.

The spin speed affects how dry the laundry is after washing. The most common speed is 1400 RPM, but machines spinning at 1600 RPM leave the laundry even drier. This saves a considerable amount of time and electricity if you dry your laundry in a tumble dryer.

We recommend running a cleaning program or a 90-degree wash with an empty machine about once a month to remove detergent residues and odors. Also remember to clean the lint filter and the crevices of the door seal regularly.
