VERSATILE TRAINING

RUNNING DYNAMICS
Measures running dynamics data, including vertical movement, ground contact time, stride length, and vertical ratio. This information is beneficial for enhancing fitness levels (a compatible Garmin device is required).
DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
Stores heart rate data during workouts performed outside the range of the smartwatch (the session must be started and stopped from a compatible Garmin smartwatch).
ACTIVITY TRACKING
When the watch is not worn, the strap records step count, calorie expenditure, active minutes, and heart rate information. This data is then updated to all compatible Garmin devices in use.
