The Garmin Instinct 3 is a 45 mm GPS smartwatch that combines a rugged design, vibrant AMOLED display, and long battery life into a single reliable device.
The bright 1.2-inch AMOLED display (390 x 390) ensures information is easily readable in all conditions. Its screw-mounted structure, reinforced metal bezel, and sapphire glass are built to withstand tough use. The watch meets MIL-STD-810 standards for heat and shock resistance, and its 10 ATM water resistance (100 m) allows for worry-free usage, even underwater.

The Instinct 3 keeps you on course with its built-in three-axis compass and barometric altimeter. The multi-band GPS equipped with SatIQ technology optimizes battery life while providing precise location tracking.
An internal LED flashlight with adjustable brightness and strobe mode enhances visibility in the dark, adding safety for evening runs or hikes.
The battery lasts up to 18 days in smartwatch mode (up to 7 days in always-on mode), 32 hours in GPS mode, and 16 days in Expedition GPS mode. You can focus on your activities without the constant need to recharge.
Monitor Your Well-being 24/7
The Instinct 3 supports comprehensive wellness tracking. Wrist-based heart rate monitoring, advanced sleep tracking, and a Pulse Ox sensor help you understand your body’s functions. The device is not a medical device, and measurement data are estimates. The pulse oximeter may not be available in all countries. Additionally, you can track your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max).
With Garmin Pay, you can make purchases and pay for rides on select transportation systems through a participating bank. Smart notifications, Connect IQ store apps and watch faces, along with syncing with the Garmin Connect app, provide additional personalization and training insights. Safety and tracking features, such as incident detection and a manual emergency alert, can send your location to emergency contacts when the watch is connected to a compatible smartphone and data connection is available.
