A-LINK is responsible for the warranty of its products. You can check the warranty period of your product as follows: the first number of the product's serial number is the year of manufacture (e.g., 9=2009), the warranty lasts until the end of the following year from the year of manufacture (e.g., 2010). If you are not sure about the warranty period of the product, you may include a copy of the purchase receipt with the package.

The response time for service is approximately 3-5 days (postal delivery days).
