The sender is responsible for the proper packaging of the shipment. The maximum size for letter mail by Posti Oyj is 250 mm x 400 mm x 30 mm and the maximum weight is 2 kg.

Always include the warranty certificate with the device (if it is warranty service).

Shipments larger than letter size should be sent using Resete’s customer return ID 658328

The sender is responsible for the proper packaging and protection of the device during transportation. Resete/New Life Holding Oy is not responsible for any damage or loss of the device during transport.


Please consider the following when sending devices for service:

•    Always keep the SIM card with you. You may also keep any additional accessories with the device unless they are related to the fault. It is advisable to send the battery along with the device.

•    If necessary, back up the data stored on your phone (calendar, contacts, messages, photos, and music files). Resete offers a paid data backup service, so you can ensure your data is preserved.

•    Remove any security code. If the security code is active while the device is being serviced, the device will need to be reset to factory settings, which may temporarily erase the existing fault and complicate its diagnosis.


•    Indicate whether it is a warranty service or a paid service. In the case of warranty service, please include the purchase receipt to verify the warranty's validity if needed.

•    Describe the fault on the device as clearly and accurately as possible. This will facilitate handling the device during service. Remember to include your contact information.
