Delivery and Payment Methods

Please note that orders from the Euronics online store can only be made to the domestic region. We do not deliver to Åland Islands. Otherwise, the delivery area covers the entire mainland Finland, excluding specific island areas behind ferry and boat connections. It is advisable to ask at your nearest store for more information.

Euronics online store offers the following delivery methods for our customers:

- Home delivery as agreed. Remember to provide your phone number for arranging delivery. Now at a price of 44.90 euros! NOTE! Delivery units weighing over 85kg will be unloaded at a location designated by the recipient, close to the vehicle. For example, side by side refrigerators and Festivo home coolers.

- Pickup from Post, Post Package. Delivery to a Post pickup point determined by your home address. Remember to provide your phone number for contact purposes. NOTE! Large home appliances cannot be ordered for pickup at Post. Maximum dimensions 100 x 60 x 40 cm, 25 kg, circumference 300 cm. Now at a price of 5.90 euros!

- SmartPOST - You can also choose to pick up ordered products from the SmartPOST parcel machine of your choice. SmartPOST is an economical delivery method for smaller packages, now only 4.90 euros. A convenient and quick way to receive your orders from your chosen service point as per your convenience. SmartPOST package maximum dimensions are 60 x 36 x 60 cm and weight 25 kg.

Sizes for Post packages, Express packages, Home packages, and Customer returns:
·    Maximum size 100 x 60 x 60 cm
·    The longest side and circumference must not exceed 300 cm
·    Maximum weight 25 kg

SmartPOST service points

- Pickup from the store - 0 euros! We will notify you by calling when the products you ordered are ready for pickup at our store. If the product is not available in our store, we will order it there. We will inform you by calling when your ordered product is ready for pickup. You have access to nearly 50 Euronics stores where you can collect your ordered products.

- Reserve and Pick Up

Reserve and pick up a product from the online store and make the payment upon collection at our store. Reservations are ready for pickup in as little as 30 minutes. We will notify you when your reservation is ready for collection. Pickup is available during the store's opening hours.

Disposal of Old Appliances

Available only with home delivery. Please note that additional services may slightly increase delivery time. Check the availability of the service by entering your postal code. You can choose if the service is available in your area. The service is available in limited areas. NOTE! The stove and oven must be disconnected if the connection of a new device is not ordered along with the delivery. This is because there will not be an electrician included at that time.

Connection of Household Appliances

Available only with home delivery. Please note that additional services may slightly increase delivery time. Check the availability of the service by entering your postal code. You can choose if the service is available in your area. The service is available in limited areas. The connection occurs at a prepared location and does not include plumbing work. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the necessary connections, such as water connections, are available at the site.

When you provide your email address in the order details, you will receive a tracking number via email during the delivery phase, allowing you to track the progress of your order.

Delivery Time

Products in stock are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Thus, our general delivery time is 1 - 5 working days, depending on the delivery address. In the best case, the customer can receive the order as soon as the next working day. We always aim for the fastest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time is taking longer than usual.

Payment Methods

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the time of ordering. Payments in the online store can be made using the following methods: Siirto, MobilePay, OP Invoice, OP Credit, Walley invoice & installments, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Later, Nordea, Aktia, POP Bank, Savings Bank, My Savings Bank, Ålandsbanken, OP, Danske Bank, S-bank, Handelsbanken, as well as card payment methods Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed through Paytrail and Klarna service providers.

Paytrail

The payment mediation service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier first.
