Warranty Period and Limitations

The warranty is valid from the date the user purchases the product. Separate components within the product may have different warranty conditions and coverage periods.

Original Warranty
A) 24 months for mobile phones or landline phones.
B) 12 months for accessories included in the delivery, such as batteries, chargers, headphones, cables, cases, and covers.
 
Service and Repair Warranty
The warranty is valid from the purchase date and does not change if the product is sold or repaired, as long as the product has been sent to an authorized Doro service center. The warranty covers repaired or replaced parts for the entire remaining original warranty period or 60 days from the repair or replacement date, whichever is longer.

Damages Not Covered by Warranty
A) Normal wear and tear (batteries and displays)
B) Damage resulting from dropping the phone and/or unauthorized use

The original warranty does not cover damages caused by battery short circuits or other damages resulting from the use of non-Doro original accessories. The original warranty becomes void in the following situations:

    The device has been opened, modified, or repaired by someone other than an authorized service center
    The device has been repaired with non-Doro original parts
    The device has been exposed to moisture, extreme environmental and temperature conditions, corrosion, oxidation, or chemicals
    The serial number of the device has been removed or rendered unreadable
    The device has been charged, damaged, or treated with software not approved by Doro

Warranty Certificate
A condition for warranty service is that the product is sent to an authorized Doro service center with an acceptable proof of purchase
