Fujitsu offers support services for its computers, which vary in duration by product.
Fujitsu computer phone support is available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM
• Free support service is available at the device’s warranty period number 0800 0 5979
• After the warranty period, support is available at 0600 9 5955 (2.97 €/min + VAT)
You can leave a service request on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM at the free number 0800 0 5979.
Always include the device's serial number and a description of the issue. Especially information about any error messages is important for solving the problem.
The serial number can be found on desktops at the back of the main unit, and on laptops, it is located on the bottom of the device. The serial number may start with the digit 3, 4, 7, or the letter Y. The serial number is usually marked with the text SNR, Identnr, or Ser.Nr. at the end.
