Home Chef warranty case service requests:
The service request must always be made first to our central service, where it will be determined on a case-by-case basis whether to repair the device or perform a product exchange. Warranties or exchanges made without the permission of our central service will not be accepted. To expedite matters, we recommend making the service request electronically and filling out the form carefully. If making an electronic service request is not possible, the request can also be made via email or phone.

Remember that the product's warranty period for household use is 2 years from the purchase date, and the warranty for the door handles of the devices is 1 year. The warranty does not cover improper or erroneous use of the device. In business and community use, the product warranty period is 6 months.

Microwave warranty service:
Home Chef microwave warranty cases continue to be handled directly as product exchanges by the selling store. Complaints must still be made to:
www.kodinkonetukku.fi/takuuvaihtolomake
or www.kodinkonetukku.fi > after-sales service > warranty exchanges > Warranty Exchange Form (general)

Service request form:
Can be found at www.kodinkonetukku.fi/huoltokutsu

The form will be operational from April 1, 2020.

All imported Home Chef household appliances have a 24-month (2 years) warranty, which covers the mentioned defects that arise. Faults due to incorrect use of the device (contrary to the user instructions) are not covered by the warranty.

Consumers should keep the purchase receipt as proof of where/when the purchase was made, which significantly facilitates warranty matters.
