Warranty Service
Lenovo consumer products come with a two-year pick-up and return warranty.
1. In the case of an issue, the end customer should contact Lenovo customer service at 0974790251.
2. If customer service is unable to resolve the issue over the phone, a shipping waybill and packaging instructions will be sent to the customer.
3. The customer arranges a suitable pick-up time directly with the logistics company.
4. After servicing, the device is returned to the sender.
DOA (Dead On Arrival)
1. If a product is dead on arrival, the customer must report it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Dead on arrival devices will be replaced with a new one by the retailer.
3. The defective product will be returned to the manufacturer through the retailer and importer, and it will be credited to the retailer.
