Warranty Policy and Service

• 1. Products come with a two-year pickup + return warranty. Batteries and any possible accessories (mice, keyboards) have a one-year warranty. Customers can directly contact the service provider, which in Finland is Elcare.

When calling from a mobile, €0.0835/call + €0.1717/min (VAT 24%). When calling from a landline, €0.0835/call + €0.0600/min (VAT 24%).

• 2. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The customer must be able to present a receipt or invoice for the purchase as part of the warranty claim.

• 3. Additionally, MSI offers a three-month warranty for repairs (only for repaired parts), if the normal warranty is no longer valid.

• 4. If the product has multiple failures, MSI will provide the customer with a new equivalent product, or if none is available, refund the product price in the following cases:

?1. Three repairs for the same reason within the two-year warranty period.

?2. Or four repairs for different reasons within the two-year warranty period.

?3. Repair instances caused by user error, outside the warranty period, or merely consisting of updates are not counted as repair instances, nor are instances where no fault is found.
