Order Instructions


Shopping in our online store is easy and fast. When you find the product you want to buy, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button and the product will be added to your cart. You can view the contents of your cart from the dropdown on the top right of the page. You can continue searching for products and add them to your cart whenever you wish.

Please note that orders from the Euronics online store can only be made for domestic delivery. We do not deliver to Åland. The delivery area includes all of Mainland Finland, excluding specific islands that are accessible only by ferry or boat. For these areas, please inquire at your nearest store.

1. Ordering

When you want to order the products in your cart, click the ”PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, which will take you to the cart and order form. First, check the contents of your cart. You can also change product quantities or remove products from the cart.

If you want to continue shopping, select the "Back to Store" link at the top left of the page.

2. Payer Information

After this, you can enter the payer's information for the order and, if necessary, the recipient's information if someone else is receiving the order. Remember to provide a valid email address and phone number.

3. Delivery and Payment Method

Next, you can select the delivery and payment method by clicking the corresponding delivery or payment method icon or checkbox. You will always see the delivery costs next to the delivery method. You can also pick up your order at nearly 50 of our stores.

4. Submit Order

Click the "Proceed to Payment" or "Submit Order" button.

At this stage, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email, and once delivery is confirmed, a link will be provided for tracking your order's progress.

Please note that stores cannot respond to inquiries regarding online store orders!
