Service procedures are carried out through authorized service centers of the importer.
All service procedures are aimed to be completed as quickly as possible.

If the product has a defect covered by the warranty, it will be serviced at an authorized center or replaced with a similar product. The more affordable option is primarily selected. Please be prepared for the service duration, as repairs may take 7-15 business days. There will be no cost to the customer for service or repairs if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect in the product is not covered by the warranty or liability, the customer will be responsible for the costs related to the product's repair.

For phones and computers, it is essential that you have backed up your device’s files before sending it for service. We do not guarantee that files will be preserved during the service. Euronics is not responsible for lost files.


Remember to keep all documents related to the order and delivery, as well as the receipt!
Logged-in customers can access their previous orders and reprint receipts through the My Pages section.

The ordered product will also come with a delivery list, which serves as the product's warranty certificate.
For example, the serial number of a phone can only be found on the delivery list.

Warranty terms can also be found on the manufacturer’s or importer’s websites.

Please note that these standard warranties apply to products purchased for consumer use, not for professional use.
