Warranty for Large Appliances

The factory warranty is 24 months. Warranty defects are primarily corrected on-site using our network of authorized service providers. Work can be ordered from the authorized service provider or from us.

Note!

Before placing a work order, please read the product's user manual for solutions to possible self-resolvable issues. For example, changing the door handiness and transport damage are not covered by the warranty.
 
Warranty for Small Appliances

All warranty matters for Smeg small appliances are handled here at the central service, meaning the defective appliance must be delivered here. You can deliver the device to the retailer for shipment, or you can also send it to us directly.
