By email:
•Go to the TomTom website https://help.tomtom.com/hc/fi -> Support -> Contact
•Select a product category (Navigators or Sports Devices)
•Select the device (as close to correct as possible)
•Select Repair and Exchange
•Select Send us an email
•Log in to your TomTom account and fill out the form

Required information:
•Device model
•Serial number
•Product purchase date
•Description of the issue
•What troubleshooting steps have already been attempted
