The sender is responsible for proper packaging of the shipment. The maximum size for letter mail with Posti Oyj is 250 mm x 400 mm x 30 mm and the maximum weight is 2 kg.
You must always include a warranty certificate with the device (if it is a warranty service).

The sender is responsible for the proper packaging and protection of the device during shipping. Resete/New Life Holding Oy is not liable for any damage or loss of the device during transit.
Please consider the following when sending devices for service:
• Always keep the SIM card for yourself. You may also want to keep the device's accessories unless they are related to the fault. It is advisable to send the battery along with the device.
• If necessary, back up the data stored on your phone (calendar, contacts, and messages, photos, and music files). For a fee, Resete offers a data backup service to ensure data retention.
• Remove any security code in use. If a security code is active when the device is being serviced, it may need to be reset to factory settings, which could temporarily erase the fault and complicate its diagnosis.
• Indicate whether it is a warranty or paid service. In case of warranty service, include the purchase receipt to verify the warranty validity if needed.
• Describe the fault in the device as clearly and accurately as possible. This will aid in the handling of the device during service. Remember to include your contact information.
