When you purchase an Xplora smartwatch phone, you also gain access to the Xplora Guardian App. Through the app, you can:

  • View in real-time where your child is located.
  • Set the watch to school mode so that Xplora functions like a regular watch and does not disturb classes.
  • Define safe zones. You will receive a notification whenever your child arrives at or leaves a safe zone, such as school.

*From July 1, 2023, Xplora will charge a separate service fee for customers using a SIM plan other than that provided by Xplora. The service fee is €9.90 per month, or alternatively €8.90 per month if paid annually.
