The bright 1.2-inch AMOLED screen (390 x 390) ensures easy readability in all conditions. Its screw-mounted design, reinforced metal bezel, and sapphire glass are built to withstand tough use. The watch meets MIL-STD-810 standards for temperature and shock resistance, and with a 10 ATM water resistance rating (100 m), you can enjoy worry-free use even in water.

The Instinct 3 keeps you on track with an internal three-axis compass and barometric altimeter. The multi-band GPS with SatIQ technology optimizes battery life while providing precise location tracking.

An internal LED flashlight with adjustable power and strobe mode enhances visibility in low light, offering safety during evening runs or outdoor adventures.

The battery lasts up to 18 days in smartwatch mode (up to 7 days in always-on mode), up to 32 hours in GPS mode, and up to 16 days in Expedition GPS mode. Stay focused on your activities without the constant need to recharge.

Monitor your well-being around the clock
The Instinct 3 supports comprehensive wellness tracking. Wrist-based heart rate monitoring, advanced sleep tracking, and a Pulse Ox sensor help you understand your body's functions. This device is not a medical device and measurement data are estimates. Pulse ox is not available in all countries. Additionally, it tracks your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max).

With Garmin Pay for contactless payments, you can shop and pay for rides in certain transport systems through participating banks. Smart notifications, Connect IQ app store applications, and watch face customization, along with Garmin Connect app synchronization, enhance personalization and provide insights into your workouts. Safety and tracking features, such as incident detection and emergency assistance, can send your location to emergency contacts when the watch is paired with a compatible smartphone and has a data connection.
