The vivid 1.2-inch AMOLED display (390 x 390) ensures that information is easily readable in all conditions. Its screw-down construction, metal-reinforced casing, and sapphire glass are designed to withstand tough use. The watch meets MIL-STD-810 thermal and shock resistance standards, and its 10 ATM water resistance (100m) allows for worry-free use even underwater.

The Instinct 3 keeps you oriented with an internal three-axis compass and a barometric altimeter. With SatIQ technology, the multi-band GPS optimizes battery life while providing accurate location tracking.

The built-in LED flashlight with adjustable brightness and strobe mode enhances visibility in darkness, ensuring safety during evening runs or outdoor adventures.

The battery lasts up to 18 days in smartwatch mode (up to 7 days in smartwatch always-on mode), up to 32 hours in GPS-only mode, and up to 16 days in Expedition GPS mode, allowing you to focus on your activities without worrying about recharging.

Track your wellness 24/7
The Instinct 3 supports comprehensive wellness monitoring. Wrist-based heart rate tracking, advanced sleep analysis, and a Pulse Ox sensor help you understand your body’s performance. The device is not a medical device, and the measurement data are estimates. The pulse oximeter may not be available in all countries. Additionally, it offers monitoring of your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max).

With Garmin Pay contactless payment, you can make purchases and, in certain transportation systems, pay for travel through participating banks. Smart notifications, Connect IQ apps and watch faces, as well as synchronisation with the Garmin Connect app, add further personalisation and insights into your training. Safety and tracking features like incident detection and emergency assistance can send your location to emergency contacts when the watch is paired with a compatible smartphone and a data connection is available.
