The compact 40 mm case fits snugly on your wrist, and at just 41 grams, the watch is comfortable enough for all-day wear. With up to 14 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, you can enjoy uninterrupted usage without the need for constant recharging. In GPS mode, the battery lasts up to 21 hours, and in Expedition GPS mode, it provides power for up to 17 days, making it ready for longer excursions.

The Instinct E is built for tough environments. Its reinforced polymer case and sapphire glass protect the watch from shocks and varying conditions. The MIL-STD-810 heat and shock resistance combined with 10 ATM water resistance allows you to swim, train, and move freely without worry.

Navigation works even without a mobile network. The built-in GPS and support for multiple GNSS systems (GPS, Galileo) help you stay on course. A three-axis compass and barometric altimeter further complete your navigation kit, ensuring you remain on track through diverse terrains and elevations.

Your wellness is monitored around the clock. Wrist-based heart rate tracking, advanced sleep monitoring, a VO2 max estimate, and a Pulse Ox sensor provide valuable insights into your body’s state. Note that the Pulse Ox is not a medical device, and the data are estimates; this feature may not be available in all countries. By syncing the watch with the Garmin Connect app, you receive precise analyses and personal insights to support your development.

Stay updated with smart notifications when the watch is paired with a compatible iOS or Android smartphone. You can download new apps and watch faces from the Connect IQ store to personalise your device even further. Safety and tracking features, such as event detection during specific activities and an emergency feature, can send your real-time location to emergency contacts when the watch is connected to your phone and has a data connection.
