The battery lasts up to 16 days in smartwatch mode, up to 24 hours in GPS mode, and up to 20 days when in Expedition GPS mode. Less charging, more exploring.

Wellness Around the Clock
The Instinct E monitors your health 24/7. Wrist-based heart rate monitoring, advanced sleep tracking, and a Pulse Ox sensor support comprehensive wellness tracking. The device is not medical-grade, and measurements are estimates. The Pulse Ox function is not available in all countries. Additionally, you can track your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max).

Smart notifications keep you updated when connected to a compatible Android or iOS smartphone. From the Connect IQ store, you can download additional apps and watch faces. Safety and tracking features, such as incident detection and an emergency alert function, can send your real-time location to emergency contacts when the watch is paired with a smartphone and a data connection is available.
