The Instinct E tracks your health around the clock. Wrist-based heart rate monitoring, advanced sleep tracking, and the Pulse Ox sensor support comprehensive wellness tracking. The device is not a medical device, and the data collected is estimates. The pulse oximeter may not be available in all countries. Additionally, you can track your VO2 max for peak performance insights.

Smart notifications keep you informed when connected to a compatible Android or iOS phone. You can download additional apps and watch faces from the Connect IQ store. Safety and tracking features, such as incident detection and emergency assistance, can send your real-time location to emergency contacts when the watch is paired with your smartphone and connected to the data network.
