The Garmin Index BPM is a clinically tested smart blood pressure monitor designed to help you easily and reliably track your heart health and circulation – at your own pace in your day-to-day life.

This compact and user-friendly all-in-one device attaches comfortably to your arm, accurately measuring both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as heart rate. Measurement results are displayed clearly and effortlessly on the integrated black-and-white OLED screen. Its straightforward design ensures smooth monitoring, whether you're at home or on the go.

For a deeper insight into your wellness, you can sync your measurements to your Garmin Connect account via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. In the app, you can view your blood pressure readings, historical data, and trends clearly on a compatible smartphone. You can also generate reports for the past seven days, four weeks, or one year, and share them in PDF format if needed.

The adjustable and comfortable cuff fits arm circumferences of 22-42 cm. The device supports up to 16 users, allowing the whole family to track their measurements on their own Garmin Connect accounts. It can store over 100 measurement results between synchronizations.

The replaceable AAA batteries last up to nine months, with four batteries included in the package so you can start measuring right away.

The Garmin Index BPM is a separate medical device that measures and displays blood pressure and heart rate values.
