The aroma lid mixes the coffee uniformly during brewing, and the automatic drip-stop halts the flow as soon as you lift the glass carafe off the plate. This means you can pour yourself a cup mid-brew – cleanly and worry-free.
With two separate heating elements, it ensures that coffee is brewed at the optimal 92–96 °C extraction temperature and stays enjoyable at a serving temperature of 80–85 °C.
