OMRON E3 Intense offers powerful relief from muscle and joint pain through TENS technology. It works by delivering low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate the body’s own pain-relieving mechanisms, ensuring effective, non-invasive pain management without drugs or side effects.
The TENS method works in three ways:

Pain Relief
TENS therapy should feel comfortable. If you experience any discomfort, adjust the electrode positions, treatment intensity, or program selection. Responses to the treatment vary; some users may notice relief from the first session, while others may require multiple uses to feel the benefits. Experimenting with different programs, electrode placements, and intensity levels can help find the most effective pain relief for you.
How to Use the Device:
Place the electrodes around the area of pain and select an appropriate treatment program. Start with a low intensity, gradually increasing it to a comfortable level for the user. The treatment duration is set for 15 minutes, after which the device automatically switches off. The maximum recommended treatment duration is 30 minutes (2x15 minutes), and a daily maximum of three treatments (totaling 90 minutes).
LongLife electrodes can be used up to 150 times. When the gel surface of the electrodes no longer adheres properly or becomes soiled, they can be washed for continued use.
