How to use the OMRON TENS pain reliever?
Begin using the OMRON TENS pain reliever by placing the electrodes on the skin around the pain area (maintaining a minimum distance of 2.5cm between electrodes). Ensure that the skin on the treatment area is intact, clean, and free of any creams.
Once the electrodes are correctly positioned, power on the device and select your preferred massage mode using the arrow keys. Press the “set / start” button to confirm your selections. Once you’ve made your desired choices, you can commence the treatment.
