For example, when preparing stew, you can first roast meat for a delicious crust and then continue the cooking process using the cooker’s large aluminium pot for slow cooking. Once the meal is ready, the same pot doubles as a serving dish; simply detach it from the control panel. The pot handles remain cool to the touch.
