WELLO2 MYBREATH STEAM BREATHING TRAINER

WELLO2 MYBREATH STEAM BREATHING TRAINER

Integrate WellO2 breathing exercises with advanced monitoring and feedback. With the MyBreath smart mouthpiece and the WellO2 app, you can measure respiratory muscle strength, breathing capacity, and airflow while tracking your progress.

The MyBreath Steam Breathing Trainer merges the clinically tested WellO2 steam inhalation device with the MyBreath smart mouthpiece. The patented WellO2 technology combines warm steam with adjustable breathing resistance, while MyBreath enables the measurement of breath and tracking of improvements.

Exhaling against resistance helps open the airways, allowing warm steam to moisturize them during inhalation. The adjustable resistance trains both inhalation and exhalation muscles, promoting easier and more comfortable breathing.

WellO2 is ideal for anyone looking to take care of their respiratory health or strengthen their respiratory muscles. Breathing exercises can also support sleep, recovery, vocal health, and enhance fitness performance.

Train. Measure. Improve. The included MyBreath smart mouthpiece connects seamlessly to the WellO2 app. Through scientifically validated breathing tests, you can measure the strength of your respiratory muscles, breathing capacity, and airflow. The results are saved in the app, allowing you to monitor your progress over time.

The WellO2 app also includes guided breathing exercises for various goals, including everyday respiratory wellness, recovery, sleep, and vocal care.

A new mouthpiece extension allows comfortable training even when the device is on a table. The upgraded WellO2 comes in a modern graphite grey finish and is designed in Finland.

How the WellO2 Works
Add water to the tank, choose from three steam temperature settings, and adjust the breathing resistance to your level. The continuously adjustable resistance makes it suitable for beginners and more experienced users alike.

To measure your breathing, connect the MyBreath smart mouthpiece to the WellO2 app and perform a guided breathing test. The results are saved in the app for ongoing progress tracking.
