Easier breathing through warm steam and resistance-based breathing exercises.

The WellO2 Steam Breathing Trainer is a clinically researched steam breathing device featuring patented technology that integrates warm steam with adjustable breathing resistance in a single workout.

Exhaling against resistance helps open the airways, letting the warm steam released during inhalation hydrate your respiratory passages. Adjusting resistance while breathing provides effective training for both inhalation and exhalation muscles, supporting easier and more liberated breathing.

The WellO2 is ideal for maintaining your respiratory health and strengthening your breathing muscles. Incorporate breathing exercises into your daily wellness, sleep, recovery routine, vocal care, or exercise and targeted training.

The WellO2 app offers guided breathing exercises for various needs such as daily routines, relaxation, sleep, sports, and vocal care. For measuring your breathing and tracking your progress, you can separately purchase the MyBreath smart mouthpiece, which works seamlessly with the WellO2 app.

The new extension hose mouthpiece included in the package allows comfortable training even when the device is on a table.

The updated WellO2 is available in a sleek graphite grey color. WellO2 is designed in Finland.

How WellO2 Works
Add water to the reservoir, choose one of the three steam temperature settings for your comfort, and adjust the breathing resistance to your preferred level.

Thanks to the infinitely adjustable breathing resistance, you can start gently and increase resistance as your respiratory muscles develop.
