WILFA VS0824S MOOSE VACUUM SEALER
This vacuum sealer preserves food freshness up to 5 times longer than conventional methods and safeguards against freezer burn.
It is a high-quality and versatile vacuum sealing device.
Vacuum sealing extends the shelf life of both fresh and frozen foods significantly. This model features an excellent vacuum sealing system that ensures bags are sealed completely, keeping food in optimal condition while protecting ingredients from freezer burn.
In addition to preservation in both the refrigerator and freezer, the MOOSE vacuum sealer aids in food preparation. It not only prepares food for sous vide cooking but also marinates quickly and effectively. This device includes a dedicated marinating function, allowing you to marinate items such as steak with ease and speed. Discover our Sous Vide cooking guide!
The MOOSE vacuum sealer has two settings – 'Dry' and 'Moist'. The default setting is 'Dry', ideal for dry foods, while pressing the button changes it to 'Moist', suitable for wet ingredients. Select the appropriate setting based on the type of food being vacuum sealed, as moist ingredients require a longer sealing time than dry foods. You can also opt for either normal or gentle vacuum suction – MOOSE is suitable for all types of food items, including delicate and fragile ingredients.
In addition to its versatility, MOOSE is designed for user-friendliness. Operating the device is simple and straightforward – convenience is enhanced by the integrated bag cutter and storage compartment for the vacuum roll: you can neatly store the roll inside the machine, and the cutter allows you to create the perfect sized bag for every need. This appliance efficiently manages both vacuum sealing and bag sealing or just sealing when using vacuum rolls. Included with the device are five bags (20x30cm) and a vacuum roll (20x200cm) to get you started. You can also use separate containers with this vacuum sealer, made possible by the included hose.
